Tradnow Fireforce logo Embroidery Bag, Fire Force is is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Atsushi Ōkubo.
Humanity is in danger with the Spontaneous Human Combustion, A phenomenon affecting humanity for years, randomly transforming ordinary people into flaming, violent creatures. These creatures known as “infernals” make up the first generation account of human combustion. The second and third generation known as “pyrokinetics” are people having the ability to manipulate and control their flames while remaining humans.
In order to discover the cause and combat the infernals, the Tokyo Armed Forces, Fire Defense Agency, and Holy Church of Sol have put in place a special unit called the Fire Force. Their main goal is to detect and put to peace any infernals or pyrokinetics that seems to harm the human race.
Shinra Kusakabe, a young boy who gained the nickname “Devil’s footprint” due to his ability to ignite his feet at will joins the special Fire Force Company 8. Together with other flames users they work to extinguish any infernal they encounter. As faction that is creating the infernal appears, Shinra begins to uncover the truth behind the fire incident caused the death of his family twelve years ago. On top of that he later on discover that his brother is still alive.

The manga have many adaption like the anime adapted by studio David Production. There was equally a Stage play from July 31 to August 2 at the Umeda Arts Theater in Osaka in 2020.
