The Poesie of Abstraction: Cuthbert & Dana-Haeri work from Neda Dana-Haeri and Vanessa Cuthbert.
Neda Dana-Haeri’s is a painter and printmaker. She inspired her art from Eastern Philosophy as well as Persian poetry. With layers and textures represented in different dimensions, hoovering between certainty and ambiguity in a continuous extent of shades and colors. She forge poems expressed and scenes into hues and abstract themes. These themes focuses on the interplay of cultural and personal memories.
Neda Dana-Haeri’s is a painter and printmaker. She inspired her art from Eastern Philosophy as well as Persian poetry. She was born in Iran and since 1977 she have been living in the UK. She studied Psychology and Fine art. Currently she lives and works in London. Her work have been widely appreciated and appears in numerous international collections. She took part in several art residencies in the USA, Japan and equally India. She worked on a collaborative project along with Tajalli Keshavarz. A book called Unbound Expressions was born from the collaborative work.
On the other hand Vanessa Cuthbert works across a range of media, predominantly painting and printmaking. Equally she worked on colorful acrylics, film and photography. She got must of her inspiration from her surroundings, either people and nature or from music and sound. Vanessa Cuthbert likes creating dynamic and colorful composition as well as experimenting with abstract and figurative subjects.

She won numerous awards in her career and she was elected as the Royal Society of Arts. Her works has been exposed around the world. Some of her recent exhibitions include:
- The Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition.
- Royal Scottish Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition.
- Exhibition of Royal Society of British Artists Annual.
- Society of Women Artists Annual Exhibition.
Now The Poesie of Abstraction which will take place in Vera Schuhmacher Fine Art & Renée Pfister Art & Gallery Consultancy in London. The exhibition will run from March 26, 2021 to July 14, 2021.
